How do I upgrade an existing event?
From your event dashboard, open the upgrade dialog to apply a Boost. The upgrade is a one-time, permanent purchase for that event.
How do I downgrade my organisation from Team to Free?
Open Billing and Ticketing and select Cancel subscription. You keep full Team access until the end of your current billing period, after which the organisation automatically moves to the Free plan. There's no immediate loss of access.
Do attendees need a Lylac account?
No sign-up required on their end. When you invite an attendee, their account is set up automatically. They just open the invite and they're in. No passwords or configuration required.
