Everything your event needs

From the spreadsheet you start with to the last session on the last day. Here is what Lylac does today, and what is still on its way.

Plan it the way you think.

Set the event up once, in the shapes event people actually use: days, tracks, venues, speakers and sessions.

Bring your existing data

Drag in a CSV or XLSX. We map your columns, won't double up your guest list, and never blow away your work.

One place for everything

Events, attendees, speakers, activities. Modelled the way event people actually think. Edit any of them anywhere.

Drag-and-drop run sheet

A visual timetable across days, tracks, and venues. Bump a session by 10 minutes and everything downstream knows.

  • Snaps to five minutes
  • Publishes to the attendee app

Venue and speakers

Pin the venue on a map, upload floor plans, and give every speaker a profile they can keep up to date themselves.

Your own activity types

Name and colour the kinds of session your event actually runs, then reuse them across the timetable.

An assistant that knows the event

Ask for what you need in plain words. It reads your event freely, asks before it changes anything, and is on every plan.

Invite, and fill the room.

Send invitations people can answer in one tap, then let the roster look after itself as replies come in.

Invitations they'll keep

Send an invitation carrying the event's name, dates and venue, and collect the RSVP in the same message. No passwords: guests sign in with a link.

Share links and QR codes

Hand out one link or QR code for open sign-ups, with your own expiry and limit on it.

Invitation groups

Segment who gets what: speakers, VIPs, staff, or any group you name, and invite or alert them together.

Limits and the waitlist

Cap an event below your plan's maximum when the room is the constraint. Past the cap people join the waitlist instead of being turned away, and freeing a seat promotes the top of the queue and tells them.

  • You can reorder the queue

Sell tickets

Free or paid, tiered and capped. Handled. Buyers check out on your event page, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account.

  • Choose who pays the booking fee, event by event
  • RefundsComing soon

Run the days without chasing anyone.

Everyone gets the same timetable on their phone, and the room gets a way to join in.

The attendee app

Your programme, in a phone-shaped app with nothing to download from an app store. Attendees favourite the sessions they want and can filter the timetable down to those.

  • Add it to the home screen
  • Venue and speaker details

In their own calendar

Attendees subscribe once and their favourited sessions appear in the calendar they already use, updating when you move something.

  • Apple, Google and Outlook

Alerts and the inbox

Tell everyone, or one group, that a room changed. It lands in the app and in their email.

Let the room post

Photos, notes, anonymous shouts, streamed live to every attendee's phone. Hearts, host prompts, moderation built in.

Reward the ones showing up

Track and reward attendees for engaging with your event. Top three, day-by-day.

Know where you stand.

The numbers that matter while the event is still in front of you, not a fortnight later.

Event overview

Who is invited, who accepted, who hasn't answered, and whether the invitations are actually being delivered.

  • Registrations over time
  • Activity mix at a glance

Ratings and feedback

Attendees rate sessions as they go and leave a comment. You get every rating in one report, with the spread and the averages worked out.

Set it up for the whole organisation.

Bring your team in on the right footing, and let your identity provider decide who they are.

Roles and permissions

Owners, admins, editors and viewers, enforced on every action rather than just hidden in the interface.

Single sign-on

Team

Your people sign in with the accounts they already have. Verify your domain, point it at your provider, map groups to roles, and invite the directory straight onto an event.

  • Microsoft Entra or any OIDC provider

SAML and directory provisioning

Enterprise

Terminate SAML with your own certificates, and let SCIM create, update and deactivate people as your directory changes. Someone who leaves loses access with them.

Audit logs

Enterprise

A record of who changed what, for the reviews and questions that come after the event. Search and sort the whole history.

Still on its way.

Being built now, and not part of any plan yet. We would rather tell you than let you find out at the door.

Badges, physical & digital.

Coming soon

Print-on-demand at the door. Apple & Google Wallet for the digital crowd. Re-print mid-event without breaking a sweat.

Ask the room.

Coming soon

Live polls and quizzes on the screen at the front, answered from the phones in the room. Multiple choice, open text, word clouds, ratings and rankings.

The pills above mark what needs Team or Enterprise. What your plan mostly sets is the limits, from attendees per event to how much you can send in a day.
